Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and blueberries until smooth.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Add a swirl of the blueberry cheesecake mixture on top of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
