Description
Delicious and fluffy blueberry cinnamon rolls with a hint of cinnamon and a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Stir in egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and blueberries on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
