Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Stir in egg.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and blueberries on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
