Description
Delicious blueberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling and fresh blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then add yeast.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add blueberries on top and roll the dough tightly.
- Slice into rolls and place in a baking dish.
- Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
- Adjust sugar according to your preference.
- Can add icing on top after baking.
