Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh blueberries.
