Description
A delicious blueberry and custard-filled brioche bun topped with a crumble.
Ingredients

- 500g brioche dough
- 200g blueberries
- 250ml custard
- 100g butter
- 100g flour
- 50g sugar
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the brioche dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of custard and a few blueberries in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a bun.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- For the crumble, mix butter, flour, and sugar until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the buns.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Make sure the custard is cool before adding to the buns.
- Store leftover buns in an airtight container.
