Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add onion, bay leaves, and salt.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the octopus.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the octopus and let it cool before slicing.
