Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate icing
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar.
- Add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into mini cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and fill with vanilla pudding.
- Top each with chocolate icing.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Use a piping bag for easier filling.
- Can substitute chocolate icing with ganache.
