A rich and creamy cheesecake inspired by the classic Boston Cream Pie.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and chocolate chips until melted.
- Whisk in cornstarch and cook until thickened.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before adding the chocolate layer.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
