Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool.
  10. In a saucepan, heat milk and chocolate chips until melted.
  11. Whisk in cornstarch and cook until thickened.
  12. Spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled cheesecake.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before adding the chocolate layer.
