- 1 package Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Red Lobster biscuit mix according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cooked sausage, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Combine the biscuit mix and cheese with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
