Ingredients

  • 1 package Red Lobster biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Red Lobster biscuit mix according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Add cooked sausage, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Combine the biscuit mix and cheese with the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
