- 2 slices of bacon or sausage patty
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bacon or sausage until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the croissants in half.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, cheese, and cooked protein on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the croissant.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
