Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa and almond milk.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Add raisins and nuts, and mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
