A fresh and crunchy broccoli cauliflower salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
