Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Make sure the broccoli is cooked and cooled before mixing.
- You can use any cheese you prefer.
- These burgers can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
