A delicious dessert combining brownie and cheesecake layers in mini form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Fill mini muffin tin with brownie mix, about halfway.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake mixture on top of brownie layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use cupcake liners for easy removal.
- Chill in the fridge for better flavor.
- Add chocolate chips for extra richness.
