Ingredients

- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid, stir, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
