Description
A hearty crab stew with rich flavors and tender crab meat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of crab meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups of seafood stock
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seafood stock.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add crab meat and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
