Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet.
  4. Add the chicken mixture on top of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing.
