Description

A hearty Buffalo Chicken Lasagna that combines spicy buffalo chicken with creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the chicken.
  7. Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella and blue cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers once more, ending with noodles on top.
  9. Spread remaining buffalo chicken on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
  11. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions for added flavor.
  • Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
