Description
A hearty Buffalo Chicken Lasagna that combines spicy buffalo chicken with creamy cheese.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the chicken.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella and blue cheese.
- Repeat the layers once more, ending with noodles on top.
- Spread remaining buffalo chicken on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- Garnish with green onions for added flavor.
- Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
