A fun twist on traditional nachos baked in a Bundt pan for a unique presentation.
Ingredients

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer tortilla chips in the Bundt pan.
- Add half of the cheese on top of the chips.
- Layer ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Add the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with green onions, sour cream, and guacamole before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite toppings to customize this dish.
- Make it vegetarian by omitting the ground beef.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
