Description

A fun twist on traditional nachos baked in a Bundt pan for a unique presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer tortilla chips in the Bundt pan.
  3. Add half of the cheese on top of the chips.
  4. Layer ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Add the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions, sour cream, and guacamole before serving.
