Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Pour the mixture into a springform pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is burnt and the center is slightly wobbly.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
