- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Press the roasted garlic cloves into the pan and sauté briefly.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; stir until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the burrata cheese into the sauce until creamy.
- Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the burrata mixture.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
