- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice and salt to the melted butter.
- Place lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster tails.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
