Description
Delicious buttercream truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles or cocoa powder for decoration
Instructions
- Beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles or cocoa powder.
- Chill again until set.
Notes
- Use different flavors of chocolate for variety.
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Allow truffles to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
