Ingredients

- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil butternut squash until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash squash in a bowl.
- Add cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, pecans, flour, and melted butter.
- Spread streusel over squash mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
