- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced butternut squash.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour the cream mixture over the squash.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the squash is tender and the top is golden.
