Ingredients

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Remove leaves from cabbage and blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- Use a large head of cabbage for more leaves.
- Customize the filling by adding herbs and spices.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
