Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until melted.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Serve hot.
