A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with a Cajun spice mix and shrimp.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.
- Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and green onions.
- Fill egg whites with the mixture.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
