Description
Cajun steak tips served in a creamy cheesy rigatoni parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak tips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream to skillet.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
