Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying the red pepper flakes.
- Serve with pasta or on a sub roll.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
