Description
A simple recipe to make sweet candied orange peels.
Ingredients

- 4 large oranges
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash the oranges thoroughly.
- Peel the oranges and cut the peels into strips.
- Boil the peels in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a pot, combine sugar and water, then bring to a boil.
- Add the peels to the sugar syrup and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove the peels and let them cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be dipped in chocolate for extra flavor.
