- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the chocolate pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

- Use crushed candy canes for garnish on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
