A sweet and creamy treat combining the flavors of caramel and apple.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of apple cider
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of chopped apples
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cream, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add apple cider, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped apples.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it set for at least 2 hours.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed within a week.
- Can be cut into squares for easy serving.
