Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup brownie batter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
  7. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating.
  • Use a water bath for even baking.
  • Top with extra caramel and chocolate chips before serving.
