A rich and indulgent dessert combining caramel, brownies, and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup brownie batter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating.
- Use a water bath for even baking.
- Top with extra caramel and chocolate chips before serving.
