Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, caramel sauce, eggs, and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.
