- 1/4 cup espresso coffee
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Add espresso coffee and caramel sauce. Mix well.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate truffles until serving.
