- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Pour caramel into muffin tins, coating the bottom.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the caramel in muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
