Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until firm.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. In a saucepan, heat honey and heavy cream over low heat until combined and slightly thickened.
  10. Drizzle the caramelized honey over the chilled cheesecake before serving.
