Ingredients

- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and salt, cook until onions are soft and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Stir in the caramelized onions and chives.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
