Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Mix sautéed onions with cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Cut dough into circles, fill with cheese and onion mixture, and fold.
- Seal edges with a fork and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
