Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cold water to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  6. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.

  8. Cut dough into circles, fill with cheese and onion mixture, and fold.
  9. Seal edges with a fork and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
