Description
Cheeseburger pretzel bombs are bite-sized treats filled with cheese and seasoned beef, wrapped in pretzel dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
