Description

Cheeseburger pretzel bombs are bite-sized treats filled with cheese and seasoned beef, wrapped in pretzel dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush each bomb with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
