- 12 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until the steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add provolone cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
