- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a noodle on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodle in the baking dish and repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the rolls.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
