- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
