Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, cheddar cheese, onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
