- 1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella, a few slices of pepperoni, and a small amount of pizza sauce on each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- You can add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
