- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into slices, but do not cut all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the mixture between the slices of bread.
- Stuff cheese between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
