- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sausage, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

- You can use any smoked sausage you prefer.
