Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Coarse salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into small squares.
