- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Coarse salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Boil water in a pot, and add baking soda.
- Dip each pretzel bite in the boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
