Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
