Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use fresh cherries for a more intense flavor.
